The universal joint assembly transmits torque from the drive shaft to the rotor while compensating the rotor’s eccentric motion. The kit comprises every wearing component of the joint — supplied as one complete set for a single maintenance stop.

3005 Seal Cover

Covers and protects the joint end, keeping media and contaminants out of the bearing area.

3006 Shaft Sleeve

Protective sleeve on the shaft, shielding it from media ingress and wear.

3007 Clamping Band

Band securing the sleeve and cover assembly in position.

3008 Connecting Pins

Pin-type joint elements transmitting torque while allowing eccentric motion.

3009 Long Bushing

Long bearing bushing at the joint, reducing friction and wear.

3010 Short Bushing

Short bearing bushing complementing the long bushing at the joint.

3011 O-Rings

Elastomer sealing rings for static sealing at the joint interfaces.

3012 Spring Retainers

Snap rings securing pins and joint components in place.
